OUR RETURN POLICY

Your happiness will always be our top priority and we want to make sure this applies to purchases.

Exchanges on regular priced ready to wear items will be allowable within 7 days of delivery if shipping is selected, within 7 days if purchased in person. Please contact us via email if you would like to exchange your order. 

Edit + Icon has the right to refuse any exchange if the items have been worn, damaged or misused. The items you are returning must be in “saleable” condition - the original packaging must be included and the pieces not been worn or altered. 

All customized orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged or cancelled once ordered. If customization is the route you wish to take, please contact us before placing your order.

Edit + Icon will not be responsible for any shipping charges that may occur due to the exchange of a product.

Jewellery Care & Warranty

Each of our items undergoes thorough quality control to ensure they are free from damage or defects before being made available for purchase. We provide a complimentary 30-day warranty for any manufacturing defects. However, this warranty does not cover damage resulting from everyday wear and tear, such as chain breaks, kinks, tangles, scratches, or bent bands. It also does not cover lost items or jewelry that has been repaired or altered by third-party jewellers. If repairs are needed due to wear and tear, a repair fee will apply, and we will provide an estimated timeline after assessing the damage.

For general care, we recommend putting on your jewelry last when getting ready and removing it first when you get home. Sleeping in your jewelry is not advised.

Permanent Jewellery

All permanent jewellery pieces come with a one month limited warranty. If it happens within the first month of your purchase your piece is lost due to a link defect, we offer a free one-time replacement. 

We will not offer complimentary replacements in the case that the piece was broken or lost through the fault of the owner.

Due to the custom nature of our permanent jewellery pieces, these items are final sale.
