OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We know you can't wait to get your items so we make sure to ship out packages as quickly we can! Select lead times are depending on the item purchased and unfortunately selecting a faster shipping service will not expedite the production time. We understand that things happen and items could be required rush so if that's the case, please contact us before placing your order to confirm a requested date. Shipments are sent out Monday to Friday and our Standard Shipping is through Canada Post.

Edit + Icon is not responsible for delays once the item has been sent.

Signatures will be required upon every delivery and Edit + Icon is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to any weather, technical issues with the courier, or customer not being present for delivery and signature. Edit + Icon is not responsible for lost shipments once the package has left our offices. If for any reason your package is sent back to Edit + Icon, the customer will be responsible for payment to reship the package.

P.O. BOXES

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes 

INCORRECT ADDRESS?

Typos happen! If an incorrect address has been entered please contact us IMMEDIATELY with the correct address. It is the customer's responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly and in the event that the package has not yet shipped we will take care of correcting the information and sending it off. If we were not able to catch the package before mailing it off, the customer is responsible for contacting the courier service provider selected to correct the shipping address. Once the package has left our office we do not have any further control but we will help you as much as possible to correct the situation.

ORDER LEAD TIMES 

Each item has a specified lead time with most items shipping 2-5 business days after your completed purchase. Custom pieces, pieces that require sizing and made to order items will ship 3 to 6 weeks after completed purchase unless otherwise communicated. 

All tracking information will be emailed as soon as the package has been shipped.

At this time we are only shipping within Canada.
